We can be contacted at any time through the contact page if you have any questions, comments or product requests. We encourage our customers to contact us with any questions or concerns! We'd like to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will endeavour to respond to your query at the earliest opportunity, normally within 24hrs. If there's anything you'd like to ask us, get in touch by dropping us a message.

Payment
We accept Paypal only and expect payment within 3 days. If you are having problems with payment, please let us know so we can hold the item for you. Goods unpaid for will be re-listed in 14 days. We are unable to accept Cheques, P.O's, or Credit cards and eCheques will be held until cleared.

Shipping
The processing of orders takes up to 24 hours from the time of purchase. This allocated time allows for order cancellation as well as a payment verification check. Orders placed on a working day will usually be dispatched within 48 hours from the time of purchase. Orders are dispatched from London, England, within 1-Working Day via RM/Parcel Force Worldwide. Orders from within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail. All orders are processed as express delivery unless stated otherwise.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please return your order within 30 days from receiving your order. Orders must be returned unused and in the original factory sealed packaging still attached. Return costs are not covered by Daily Tech Direct. Please note: for orders placed during our online sale the return period is 14 days. Please be advised that we do not cover any return costs. Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it quickly.

If you have received your purchase and you are happy with it, please leave us Positive Feedback with 5-star rating DSR. This lets us know that all is well and allows us to archive our records. Please contact us before leaving Neutral or Negative feedback as we can always sort out issues to your full satisfaction, thank you. We understand that everyone has different expectations and perceptions, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your queries will be answered within 24 hours. Grading

Pristine -- These devices will be as good as new. The screen will be unmarked; any imperfections will be very minor, if any. This device has been fully tested to ensure it is in full working order. 

Excellent -- These devices will be in excellent condition. There will be minor signs of usage, but only if you look closely. This device has been fully tested to ensure it is in full working order.

Good -- These devices are in good condition. There will be some minor signs of wear and tear on the screen and casing.This device has been fully tested to ensure it is in full working order.

Acceptable -- These devices are perfectly usable. There will be heavy signs of usage, including scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. This device has been fully tested to ensure it is in full working order.

All of our products have been tested against the requirements for each category by our Tech geek squad for physical condition and working quality and is then graded upon that. These steps are carried out in order to get the best handsets for you.

Warranty

What is covered?

  • Technical defects
  • Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials

What is not covered?

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage to screens, fascias and surrounds (inc. fading and discolouration)
  • Liquid damage
  • Issues caused by third party software
  • Issues caused by unlocking your device
  • Any components added since the item was originally sold to you

Your warranty will also be void if we find evidence that the item has been opened up in a way that may have affected the device.

Note: Daily Tech Direct cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any costs occurred when unlocking a device that was locked to a network when sold.
